ANALYSIS

After so much copy paste works earlier this year by Micromax, now the company is back with its somewhat own design, the infinity display, rarely found in this segment of the mobile, more precisely avaiable in high end mobiles only. 

With removable back cover and removable battery of 2900 mAh, there is slot for 2 micro sims and 1 micro sd card below the back cover.

Camera set up is 13 MP at rear with dual tone LED flash, and fingerprint sensor just below it, which is quite responsive,as claimed to be as fast as 0.2 seconds by the company at the launch event. Avaiable in only Black color, has 16 MP camera at front right side, has proximity and ambient sensor just beside front camera.
At price point of Rs.9,999/-, lets check if it can upthrone the Chinese manufacturer, like MI, VIVO,Lenovo And OPPO, which have make a decent space in the market share at this segment. 

DISPLAY 

Game begins here, A 5.7' full vision HD bezeless display with a unique resolution of 1440*720 px. Micromax has used the max processor "Sapdragon 425" could support, a good move by company to fix its roots again in the market. The bezeless design male the phone look premium and screen resolution is fine enough to be viewd in the open sunlight at the full brightness mode.
Screem is a 2.5D Curve glass but what protection is used is not revealed by the company, " What it should be tell me in comment section below"

Pixel density is litille low around 280 which is far lower than competitors, but competitors do have bazel not much but still.

HARDWARE AND OS

Running on Android Nougat with micromax's on skin running top of it gives a good user experience and is some what like stock android except the few gestures and icons colors added to it. Company promises to deliver update to latest ANDROID OREO, the recently launced update by GOOGLE, by the end of this year.

Micromax uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon 425 processor to power its INFINITY, its a 14-nanometer technology based CPU by QUALCOMM, clocked at 1.4GHz accompanied by Adreno 308 GPU, a little silent area about the handset. Having four cores in total.

It is paired with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and has 32 GB of internal storage of which you get almost 22 gb but you always a option to take out its back cover, add a micro SD card upto 128GB and click, download and save "practically INFINITE" data to your INFINITY, just the way Indian customer like to increase the memory of their handset, without going hunting for those tiny ejector, "what do you prefer, ejector or removable back, let me know in comment section below"

 CAMERA

13 MP set up with aperture of f/2.0 gives good quality images in sunlight and is impressive in artificial lightng too, with autofocus and face recognition and auto HDR with super pixels.

16 MP front front shooter has got aperture of f/2.0 face recognition, smile detection capture and also a bokeh effect in real time, giving decent results inside and good in sunlight.

Overall camera set up is average.

OPINION

In my opinion phone is pretty decent.
Processor could have been better and camera result are just average.
Phone surely will drive customers due to its display, but taking a higher processor and a little more battery would have made it place more stable in this segment and much better as overall phone atleast on papers.

Nevertheless its getting Oreo update soon, a dedicated SD card slot with removable back.
This phone will surely gonna bring the company by a great extent.
