JIO has introduced its new plans applicable from 19th October, and almost every offer has got price raised or shortened validity and data at same price. Reason JIO has taken this step is because of its losses faced of around 300 crore. There is a 15% increment on average to all its plans.
Before starting with the plans, I would like to tell you that if You read this article before 19th October you can recharge your JIO for Rs.399/- and get 8 vouchers of Rs50 each, which can be redeemed later for your recharges, according to limited time offer DIWALI DHAN DHANA DHAN, from 12th to 18th October.
JIO has total of 9 prepaid and 5 postpaid plans in total ranging in validity from 7 days to 360days.

Free calls to any network within boundaries of India, with 70 free SMS. And 1.05GB of unlimited data with daily limit of 0.15 GB after which speed is as low as 64kbps, thats a silent change by JIO, reducing to 64 kbps from 128kbps. Validity is of 7 days

Again free calls to any network within boundaries of India, with 140 free SMS. And 2.10GB of unlimited data with daily limit of 0.15 GB after which speed is 64kbps. Validity is of 14 days.

The most popular plan of JIO has also got a little cuts with free calls free unlimited SMS (not more than 100 per day). And 70GB of unlimited data with daily limit of 1 GB after which speed is 64kbps. Validity is also decreased to 70 days now.
Its better if you recharge before 19th under diwali offer and avail 84 days benefit and 100% cashback.
Else next plan is the only way out.
